Our Salted butter is now available in our new glass jars with a metal lid. There is a jar deposit of $3.50. Please wash and return the jar for a refund of the deposit, or exchange jar with a new purchase of butter or milk.

Sweet cream butter (Salted Butter) is made by taking Sweet cream that was separated during making skim milk and then churning this cream. The buttermilk will separate from the butter and tapped off, we then wash the butter ( rinsing with clean potable water a few times) and knead the butter and add a little bit of salt.

Our salted butter has 5 mg of sodium per serving in it where as regular salted butter has 70 mg sodium per serving, and our butter has as a higher fat content then your regular butter.
