Slate River Cheese is made with full fat cow milk, with no spices added this “plain” cheese still has a distinct mild flavour. It is great on a cheese platter with crackers, or can be used instead of mozzarella and cheddar cheese. It comes in a 300 gram package. Picture to come soon
