These  mild Smokies are made using our own ground beef and other ingredients, spices, salt, sugar, sodium bicarbonate, sodium erythrocyte, sodium nitrite, glycerol, smoke. (contains sulphites) Each package has 4 sausages and contains about 400 gram. They are ready to eat and are great on the BBQ, in soup, or great as a snack.
